Festival
From 2 to 5 September the first international festival dedicated to film narratives entitled “Homer’s expression” will be held. It will promoted and organized by the MUNICIPALITY OF MELENDUGNO / DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND ARTS, with the participation of the Apulia Region- Politics to promote territory, knowledge and talents- service of Cultural Activities.
The festival will be done thanks to the collaboration of SCIABICHE E TRAMAGLI (Communication and territory promotion Agency- Via Zanardelli 105, 73100, Lecce).
PAO FILM (audiovisual production company- Viale Angelico, 85-00195 Roma) and the partnership of the INSTITUTE OF MEDITERRANEAN CULTURES OF LECCE PROVINCE. Homer’s expression is a festival dedicated to places, cultures and identities of the representation of the wide Mediterranean region. It contains film narrations in which the landscape is the main character itself. Like the man, it represents the subject.
The manifestation consists of 5 categories of audiovisual productions, each of which corresponding to 5 different cinematic languages (film, documentary, advertising, spot, reportage, environment documentary/report.)
